Made it to the White Swan Hotel in Guangzhou. LONG DAY!!!
We have to take Lia for her intercountry-adoption-required vaccinations tomorrow morning. Please send prayers and positive vibes that she only has to receive the minimum number of shots...some kids end up getting up to to eight in one day...NOT COOL. Fingers crossed...
Will post more tomorrow - xoxo from Guangzhou!

I am lovin' ALLLLLLL of it! Keep posting! So happy to see Lia warming to her Mommy. :-) I love EVERY picture. Hang in. Enjoy! Love from Colo. XO
Is Lia not exempt if she has had so many in China since she is under 2? Glad you are in Guangzhou you are in the home streach only a few more days and you will be on the long plane to home!
Taylor - Lia is not exempt because we are a "Hague" family, and the new Hague rules require every child to get certain shots before they will be admitted entrance into the U.S. - regardless of their vaccination history. How MANY she will need however, will be based on her Starfish vaccination records...so my hopes are high that they will only require the minimum.
She is exempt from having to get the TB test since she is under 2.
Yeah....the last leg of the trip! Hope all goes well at the examination! Keep us in the loop.
Cheers,
Kim and Alina
