So far, so good!
Today I got a phone call from Hillary at CCAI. She called to tell me that they received my application. She also said things are "looking good" so far. I guess they haven't received an overwhelming number of applications to date. Fingers crossed!

Julie! That is such great news. My app got to them on November 2nd, and since it was so early, I wasn't hearing anything. I worked with CCAI on my first adoption (was married, cancelled 3 months from referral due to divorce). I am SO hopeful about getting a slot with them since I already had such a great rapport with them. Now I'm going to go continue reading your blog!
